Step-by-step guide to logging-in

  1. Log in via the top right profile icon or click here
  2. You will need to have been pre-approved for access to be able to log in
  3. If you are a City Chapter Ambassador, your registered email address is most likely your chapter one. If you don't have access to that email, or can't remember it, please contact rebecca@aging2.com and she will help you to reset it.

Update your personal profile

Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to see your personal profile page. Using the Edit function, review your profile and add any information and links to social profiles that you’d like.

Resetting your password

If you are a City Ambassador, and don’t recall your password, or want to make it the same as your A2 website log-in, you should reset it. At the log-in page, enter your email address and hit ‘Forgot password?’. You will receive an email from thecollective@aging2.com inviting you to reset your password - be patient, it may take a few minutes to arrive.

Make your City profile shine

Under Cities, if you are an Ambassador, find your City Chapter’s profile and edit it to really make it shine! You can edit using the button under your profile pic in the top right corner. This is your chance to showcase your Chapter, the contributors in your City, and all the aging innovation activities. Every city is different, but we invite you to selectively add 10 local stakeholders per city, be they startups, government, not-for-profits or corporate organizations all interested in aging innovation.

Troubleshooting

If you have not successfully logging-in, or have any other questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at thecollective@aging2.com, and we'll get it sorted out.
